2 oz. TY KU Coconut Nigori
1 oz. Kahlua
Shake and strain into martini glass
Over bar spoon pour cream to float on top (roughly 1.5 oz.)

Over cream float Bacardi 151 (about 1 oz.)
Light Bacardi 151 with match
As flame burns sprinkle some cinnamon onto flame
Clap hands over flame to put out
Give a stir and serve
