I love a good lipstick. So I’ve decided to go through my insane stash of them and start sharing my faves of the week. Feel free to chime in on your own experience with this product.

For this inaugural effort I’m discussing tried and true MAC Cosmetics Liptensity lipstick in Cordovan. First of all, Liptensity lipsticks are incredibly pigmented and glide on super smooth, somewhat creamy. What I love about Cordovan is that it’s the perfect rich plum burgundy color. It ‘s that hallmark holiday burgundy red skipping through the falling snow kind of color.It’s so powerful against the clean canvas that is my neutral face it creates a powerful pop on the lips.

Liptensity shades are slated to last for 8 hours of nonstop color. I’d say it lasted a long time and stained well. Here I am on my way to brunch and I didn’t have to reapply after eating. I’ll plan on using this one all winter.
